I took a 2 hour walk on Monday January 15th morning, with the temperature right around zero when starting out. (a good day to test my winter gear). The dogs stayed home; it is pretty hard on their paws when it gets that cold. (I have some musher's wax but don't know where it is; I will probably find it in July 🙂 ) This woman came by and we waved to each other. I got on the bridge just as she was heading west on the bank of the river. A memorable image.
